Welcome to our school!
Everyone involved in the running of Long Toft welcomes you to the school website. We are a very dedicated and hardworking team, ensuring that your children work to their full potential and enjoy attending school. We hope you find the website interesting and informative.
When you call our school you will speak to our lovely ladies in the office, either Miss. Gorman, Mrs. Hall, Mrs. Wilkinson or Mrs. Addison. From there if you would like to speak to our head teacher, please ask for Mrs. Buxton. If you would like to speak to our deputy head teacher please ask for Mrs. Wainman. If you would like to speak to our SENCo please ask for Mrs. Harte. Otherwise please explain the reason for your call and you will be directed to the correct person.
Should you require any paper copies of any of the documents on our website, please email admin@longtoftschool.co.uk in order to make the request.

Attendance Summer Countdown
Well done to all children who took part in our Summer Attendance Countdown. The effort from every one of you hasn't gone unnoticed.
The children pictured were picked at random, for the final prize of the slip 'n' slide and attended school every day for the full four weeks of the attendance countdown.

Secret Summer Picnic
On Wednesday the whole school joined together outside to have a summer picnic which the children managed to keep a secret as it was Mrs Buxton's last retirement surprise from us all at Long Toft.
The kitchen staff went to great effort and made up over 260 picnic bags for our children. All children received bubbles and party whistle blowers (we can safely say, it wasn’t quiet!).
All of the children, from all phases enjoyed their lunchtime together followed by fun on the field and lots of dancing.
Have an amazing Summer everyone and good luck to our Y6's that are going to Secondary School. We're confident you will all smash it!
