Guidance from the NSPCC regarding keeping your child safe online can be found in the following document.

Net aware

Using the net aware website, which has been set up by O2 and the NSPCC you are able to search for any apps that your child may be using in order to get an explanation of what that app is and unbiased reviews on the app including the safety of it. 

Parental controls

The Cloud and O2 wifi are both public wifi and both include automatic parental controls.
